Thank you for choosing to participate in our event! We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent a team from participating. Below is our refund policy regarding team entry fees:
  1. Full Refund (2 Weeks’ Notice)
    If a team needs to forfeit, a full refund of the entry fee will be issued if we are notified at least 14 days before the scheduled event date.
  2. No Refund (Within 2 Weeks of Event)
    If a team forfeits within 14 days of the event, no refund will be provided, unless we are able to find a replacement team to take the forfeiting team’s place. In such cases, a refund may be issued.
  3. Replacement Team Requirement
    If a replacement team is found, a full refund of the entry fee will be issued to the forfeiting team.
  4. Other Considerations

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation or the event’s completion.

    • This policy applies to all team entry fees and is non-negotiable.
