Dear Parents,

Luke Cooper (ex Sydney Kings) and Phil Webster (ex Kings Academy Director/ Sydney School Shootout owner) continue to deliver targeted basketball sessions for Northern Beaches players designed to challenge and build individual and team skills for the week leading into Xmas. This week we introduce our Strength and Conditioning coach-Kai Lackner- Head of the Athlete Program at Chocolate Box Training. Kai will work with our players for 30 minutes each day from Tuesday-Friday. Players will be given a program for the summer break to return for the 2024 season stronger and fitter.

Times/dates/activities are below:

Sessions on Tuesday to Thursday are 2.5 HOURS -Our S&C program will be at the start of each session for 30 mins and will be basketball specific.

Costs:

Sessions are $60 each or $250 for 5 days.
